Yesterday we discussed about 
Nathaniel Hawthorne’s A Young Goodman Brown.



We talked about that " There is evil in every human heart."
The old man who had a staff means evil.
The young goodman means innocence( He has a wife called Faith).
At least, when young Brown saw the"pink ribbon,"
he said " I lose my faith."
Of course it dose not just means he lose his wife, 
actually, he lose his everything.
He didn't know what things he can believe anymore.



David asked a question.
" If someone tell you, 
'your parents killed people before.' 
do you believe that person ?" 

" Of course not !"said all the classmate in the class.

"But if the person give you the proof, such as pictures,
 and tell you ' Look! Your parents killed someone.' 
Do you believe it?"

Nobody reponded his question.



Somehow, we talked about the relationship between lovers.
"If oneday, you saw your boyfriend and another girl kissed on the street,
do you believe they are just good friend?"
Actually, I can't believe it, and I will break up with him as soon as my possible.
David said " If you really love him, try to be innocence!"
How come?
Maybe it can get along with the boy, but you can't erase that  picture in your mind,
can you?
